Human arrogance about being the only intelligent species down though the ages becomes more laughable each year.. As we learn more about our fellow earth inhabitants, we realize all creatures are alike in the most important ways and that our difference with them is one of degree and not of kind.

I love it every time another species is discovered to be using advanced intelligence to accomplish the fulfillment of needs, and it's happening more and more frequently.
