I have seen this topic making the rounds on Facebook--at least around like-minded friends' posts. I have put it out there on my page...hoping to get the word out to others who may care, but not normally think about this sort of thing.

I think a ban was put on using lead shot and sinkers on public-state lands. What I'm wondering is...WHY wasn't it set across the nation.

Hmmmm roadkill? or by chance one that has escaped a hunter.
Another possible case of lead ingestion?

Oh how wonderful NOT!
Non-lead bullets were more expensive and not as widely available so lets keep our heritage and our economy going by using the less expensive option of lead so more will pursue the hobby? What a bunch of heads!
