Default A pair of Rufous hummingbirds.

I've waited a while to get a decent photo of the female rufous, without any feeders in the picture, today I managed to take a few photos.

Oooo NIIIICE!

The other day while watering things in, a hummingbird took rest nearby. I aimed a fine mist to flow directly above her and boy oh boy did she have a blast cooling off fluffing and jiggling and puffing herself all about. She bathed for the longest time! What a thrill to have had that happen directly in front of me!
