I am going to Little St Simons Island the last weekend of September with Cornell Lab for the fall migration. I have thought a bunch of times of going to Cape May or Hawk Ridge or any of a number of spots.

What are the best dates to go to particular spots for either fall or spring migration? I assume many of you have done this, or live along the flyways and have first hand information to share.
