Default Feather ID?

I found this beautiful downy feather in the field today. Does anyone know what bird it might have come from?

Geese eh??? I dunno, I've never seen them here, no water nearby. I wonder if turkeys have down feathers, we have plenty of them. It's pretty big to be a songbird of any sort. Anyway it's pretty amazing looking, so delicate.

Nope, it was alone. We have a big collection of turkey feathers we've gotten from the field, I could make a lot of jewelry with them! I've never seen a down feather from them before though.

What type of jewelry are you thinking of making with something so huge? I've seen paintings upon them.
