Not sure what it is but it caught four of them while I watched him, plus a fish.

It looks like a humongous larvae with little legs and head hanging when I blew it up.

It's not a Helgrammite....The link I Added, leads you to the identity and a video of the grub looking thing in its trap...
It's been identified as a large polychaete worm.
