Default HOORAY! hummers are nesting here again

Just found an under construction hummer nest in the usual spot in my yard. HOORAY! hummers are nesting here again-p1030475.jpg
This is the fourth year there is a nest within 5 feet of the old ones. I'm wondering if it is the same female or if this spot is just perfect for hummers to nest? Anyone have any thoughts on the matter?

Check out this link & scroll down to question #5. It seems hummingbirds will use the same spot in consecutive years:

Sorry --- forgot to mention that your news is very exciting! I'd love to see where my resident hummingbirds are nesting. Great photo, too!

You must be doing something right!

I notice "my" bluebirds seem to pick the same nest box year after year. At least I assume it is the same pair. Nice to know you know where to look every year.
