The first link is a bird song tutorial. The second is a link to the beginners. Have fun with it. The birds are a delight to hear. And after awhile you start to recognize which bird is singing. The visual really does help.

Over the years, I realize that red-winged blackbirds are one of the few birds that I can recognize by their call.
