Default The Deep

For a sampling of the magnificent photos of deep sea life included in the book "The Deep" (University of Chicago Press), see Claire Nouvian: The Deep -- Gallery - click on the thumbnails on the left margin of the page. Some are truly spectacular!

I recognized the sub and the logo, I had a blast at the Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute in Ft. Pierce, Florida. If you're ever in that area it's definitely worth a visit.

They take better photos underwater than I do on land. Excellent photos.
