Default The fascinating and profoundly intelligent octopus

Once a fan of the gustatory delight of eating octopus, in recent years I've abstained, upon finding out just how intelligent these creatures and fellow residents of the planet are. This week's NY Times book review section reviews and confirms their unique nature, and there's a podcast imbedded in the written review where one can listen to the details that make this creature all so special and easy to appreciate as a fellow sentient being, much like the dolphin.

Yes, I've stopped eating them as well! Fascinating creatures.

Love this!

Excellent article. Thank you first sharing.

I have never eaten octopus, but the more I learn about them, the more I am convinced I never will. Thanks for the article, Jack.
