I got seeds for this in a swap - I winter sowed them and they all seemed to come up. But, looking this plant up, apparently they don't need any special treatment or stratification and you could probably plant the whole fruits this fall and expect seedlings in the spring. The seeds must be in the fruits but I never opened one up to see what they look like.

You could try softwood cuttings in summertime, but the trick there is keeping the cuttings from wilting - commercial propagators use mist sprayers controlled by a timer, but you might get away with sealing a baggie over a pot and keeping it shaded, and checking them often to see if there's condensation on the plastic.
