From Mike Mills 17th St. Bar & Grill recipe "Peace, Love & Barbeque" book.

1/2 c. paprika
1/4 c. kosher salt (reduce to 1 tbsp. for low salt diets)
1/4 c. sugar (also can be reduced or eliminated)
2 tbsp. mustard powder
1/4 c. chili powder
1/4 c ground cumin (or to taste preference)
2 tbsp. ground black pepper
1/4 c. garlic powder
2 tbsp. cayenne

Thanks, linrose. I'm not even sure what cumin tastes like...but I think we'd eliminate the cayenne, since neither of us like anything hot/spicy.
